Other Comments
· Ladder accessible is defined by ceiling height. Accessibility is defined as 12-foot high ceilings. Ceiling height greater than 12 feet can be assumed to require a higher labor cost. Inaccessibility can also be defined by the need to move furniture or other equipment to perform retrofit.
· Magnetic ballast is defaulted to not be a PCB ballast. If yes, the pre-inspection will verify the existence of PCB ballast. Disposal invoices will be required for projects that include removal of PCB ballasts.
